Rob Baen & Sheila Purkey

Rob Baen & Sheila Purkey have been dancing together for the past 14 years. They are active members of the Competitive Shaggers Association as well as proud members of the World Swing Dance Council. They are the founders of the DVSC - Delaware Valley Shag/Swing Club serving South Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware.

Rob & Sheila currently teach West Coast Swing and Carolina Shag classes at The Atrium Dance Studio, Rt. 130, Pennsauken, New Jersey and host dances in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area.They have been invited instructors at numerous NASDE and UCWDC events. Together, they coach and choreograph for the Atrium Swing Team, a performance team local to the Tri-State area.

Rob is a member of the Association of Beach and Shag Club DJ's and Rob & Sheila have danced competitively, taught, and dj-ed at venues as far north as Boston, MA., as far south as Myrtle Beach, SC., and as far west as Nashville, TN.
